The location is ideal, just a short walk from iconic sights, and the view of the Colosseum from the window added a memorable touch. Staff were friendly and accommodating, providing room service breakfast options that included organic products and generous portions. However, the entrance felt a bit obscure, and accessing the property required navigating a buzzer system. On one occasion, I had to wait a little longer for staff to respond to my arrival, which was slightly concerning despite their quick resolution. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.

The room was clean and well-equipped with a

tiny fridge and kettle, which made our stay comfortable. Valeria's assistance with local dining options was invaluable, although the small size of the room could be a concern for travelers with large luggage.

The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Valeria, who made sure all our requests were promptly fulfilled, truly enhancing our experience.

There was only one chair in our room for breakfast, making it a bit challenging to share meals comfortably together.

We stayed with our two teens and loved how close we were to the Colosseum. just a quick 5-minute walk! The breakfast was fantastic, especially the delicious cappuccinos that got everyone energized for the day. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable, making our trip memorable.

In my wife’s opinion, more fresh fruit options at breakfast would be perfect for families.

The location was close to famous sites. I ordered breakfast to my room every day, and the staff made it happen quickly. Each morning, I enjoyed croissants and cappuccinos that kept my energy up for exploring. I appreciated the clean conditions of the room.

I encountered some issues with Wi-Fi. It worked better on some devices than others.

The lift is as tiny as my handbag—my luggage almost needed therapy! Also, that courtyard room felt like a cave with a view of a wall.

Exceptional staff service

I stayed in the Triple Room and it was super comfy! The bed was amazing, totally got my best sleep there. Plus, the shower was excellent and the room was cleaned daily. I really loved the breakfast—they brought it right to my room, and it was plentiful! The view of the Colosseum was a cherry on top. Just wish there had been another chair for breakfast seating, it felt a little cramped at times.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy room which had a comfy bed and the delightful daily breakfasts with amazing pastries. They also offered relaxing massage sessions and a great spot to unwind at night. The only downside was the lack of extra seating for breakfast, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
